New Business Account Executive
If you are selling ads for radio, television, newspaper, yellow pages, or another media outlet, we have the opportunity for you. We are looking for forward-thinking experienced media sales professionals for WBFF Fox 45 and WNUV-The CW Baltimore.

Position Responsibilities:
*  Develop a client base.
*  Develop and maintain client-focused relationships through prospecting, cold calling and ongoing service calls.
*  Implement effective marketing plans specifically targeted to client business type.
*  Create and research specific promotional ideas for each client to meet their advertising objectives.
*  Track a variety of data for forecasting buying trends and motives.
*  Effectively establish client expectations during the sale process and interpret results of the advertising.
*  Responsible for customer satisfaction, sales and profit objectives.
*  Selling Social Media  across all formats on-line, mobile, facebook and additional digital initiatives.

Position Requirements:
*  Experience in selling Social Media platforms
*  3+ years experience in outside sales required, concentration on lead generation, prospecting and presenting required (4-8 years preferred).
*  Excellent organizational skills
*  Exceptional Communication and presentation skills
*  Customer focused skills required.
*  Courteous and professional demeanor.
*  Must be a self-motivated sales professional with a can-do attitude.
*  Must be comfortable with converting to 100% commission after the first 3 months of employment.
