• Develop a client base.
• Develop and maintain client-focused relationships through prospecting, cold calling and ongoing service calls.
• Implement effective marketing plans specifically targeted to client business type.
• Create and research specific promotional ideas for each client to meet their advertising objectives.
• Track a variety of data for forecasting buying trends and motives.
• Effectively establish client expectations during the sale process and interpret results of the advertising.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction, sales and profit objectives in sales territory.

Position Requirements

• 3+ years experience in outside sales required, concentration on lead generation, prospecting and presenting required (4-8 years preferred).
• Customer focused skills required.
• Courteous and professional demeanor.
• Must be a self-motivated sales professional with a can-do attitude.
• Must be comfortable with converting to 100% commission after the first 3 months of employment.
