KGAN and KFXA in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our aggressive sales organization. Director of Sales candidate must have a proven track record in local and national sales management and be a highly skilled motivator. A history of developing strong relationships, in addition to, excellent inventory management skills, is essential. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the sales, traffic and production departments. Duties will include managing local and national revenue/expense budgets, inventory control and pricing, sales promotion and development of non-traditional revenue sources.
