Responsibilities:
**Responsible for local sales staff recruitment, accountability and training
**Maximize revenue and share growth
**New business leadership and management
**Contact and develop clients
**Develop and implement station marketing and project plans
Requirements:
**Outside sales management experience (media preferred) required
**Local or National TV sales management experience
**Strong leadership, motivational, negotiation and problem solving abilities
**Excellent written and oral communication skills
**Ability to multi-task under stress and deadline pressure.
**Computer literate - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AdConnections preferred
