KGAN /KFXA TV in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Research Assistant for our Sales Department who is completely devoted to using market research to help our sellers achieve greater shares of business.  This individual will be trained in the use of:

1.) Nielsen Television Ratings
2.) Media Audit Qualitative
3.) TNS Television Monitoring Service
4.) AdConnections Sales Research and Programming
5.) OSI Traffic and Contracting
6.) Steller County Coverage Research

We are seeking someone with a four year college degree with the following experience:  sales, marketing, and statistical usage. You should also be organinzed, detail oriented and have good communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft office is a plus.
